Pixelwand started as a boutique product studio in New Delhi. We were shipping MVP after MVP for clients, but our own sales process was a mess.
We tried everything. HubSpot was too expensive for our 5-person sales team. Excel was a nightmare of version conflicts. So, during a hackathon weekend, we built "Project Velocity"—a barebones, visual pipeline tool just for us.
It wasn't pretty, but it was fast. It connected to our WhatsApp (how we actually closed deals) and automated our proposals.
Our clients saw us using it on calls and started asking: "Can we pay for that?"That's when Pixelwand CRM was truly born.
